Cancellation policy

1. Right to cancel subscription

The user has the right to cancel the Relicodes service – subscription at any time without giving a reason. Subscription cancellation can only be made in writing via e-mail sent to info@relicodes.cz.

2. Cancellation procedure

2.1. To cancel the subscription, the user is obliged to:
a) Send a request to cancel the service to info@relicodes.cz.
b) In the request, state the name, surname and e-mail to which the service is registered.

2.2. After receiving the cancellation request, we will send the user a confirmation of receipt of the request along with information about the remaining amount that must be paid in order to cancel the service (see Article 3).

3. Service cancellation fee

3.1. If the user has not paid the total amount of CZK 2,400 as part of the subscription, he is obliged to pay the difference between the amount paid and the total price of CZK 2,400 when canceling the service.

3.2. Example of calculation:

If the user has paid CZK 800 by the time of cancellation, he is obliged to pay CZK 1,600 in order to cancel the service.

3.3. The balance must be paid within 14 calendar days of receiving confirmation of the cancellation of the service.

4. Deleting the profile and keeping the QR code

4.1. After paying the balance, the user's profile will be permanently deleted.

4.2. The user can keep the original QR code, which will no longer be linked to the deleted profile.

5. Consequences of failure to pay the balance

5.1. If the user does not pay the balance within the specified period, the subscription will not be canceled and the user will remain obliged to continue making monthly payments according to the terms of service until the amount of CZK 2,400 is fully paid.

5.2. In the event of failure to pay the balance, we reserve the right to initiate legal action to recover the debt, including any transfer of costs associated with recovery to the user.
