The deceased's profile is a digital page that opens a glimpse into the lives of your loved ones after scanning a QR code . You can save a life story , 15 photos and 5 videos on the page. All information can be edited at any time to keep the profile up to date. The profile is used to preserve memories that can be shared with loved ones.

Relicode is a plaque with a unique QR code that links to a specific memorial page. You can simply stick this plaque on a tombstone. After scanning the QR code, you will see a profile with information about the deceased.

What is a deceased person's profile?

A deceased person's profile is a digital page that, when scanned with a QR code, opens a glimpse into the life of a deceased person. The data you provide is used to preserve and share memories so that the memory of the deceased remains alive for future generations.

How do I create a deceased person's profile?

After purchasing and paying for Relicod, you will receive an online Google form by email to fill in information about the deceased. We recommend providing a brief biography, adding photos or videos. Once we receive this information, we will insert it on the page linked to by the QR code, thus ensuring the creation of a personal profile of the deceased.

Can I use a QR code for multiple people at the same time?

Yes, if you purchase the "Profile for up to 5 people" option, you will receive an online Google form via email with space to add information for multiple profiles at once. The profiles will then be linked by a single QR code, which will take you to a page where you can select a specific profile from your list.

How many photos and videos can I upload to a deceased person's profile?

The deceased profile allows you to upload up to 15 photos and 5 videos in maximum 4K quality. The maximum video length is 10 minutes. This gives you plenty of space to preserve memories of the deceased and share them with family and friends.

How long will the profile be active? Can I edit it over time?

The deceased's profile will be available forever, even for future generations. The profile can also be easily edited at any time. Just contact us at info@relicodes.cz and we will discuss all the details.

What if the QR code gets damaged?

The price includes a two-year warranty. If the code becomes damaged during this period, we will replace it with a new one for free. After the warranty period, we will of course replace the QR code for you, but for a small fee of 200 CZK. The profile with information about the deceased will remain intact and will work with the new code.
